CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES
The test kits are predisposed for connection by means of standard threaded test couplings M 16x2 and micro hose. The pressure gauges are with a Bourdan spring, liquid filling (glycerina
99.7%) according to DIN 16005. Dia. 100 mm. accuracy 1%. Dia. 63 mm. accuracy 1.6%.
For each code choose from these ranges in bar: - 1..0 - 0,6 - 1 - 1,6 - 2,5 - 4 - 6 - 10 - 16 - 25 - 40 - 60 - 100 - 160 - 250 - 315 - 400 - 600 - 1000.
Each kit is supplied with a 2 metre micro hose and a pressure gauge quality certificate.

DIGITAL PRESSURE GAUGES LEO 1 / LEO 1 Ei
With Peak Recording

LEO 1 is a micro-processor controlled, accurate and versatile digital pressure measuring instrument with integrated fast peak-, max.- and min.-function.The instrument is used in two modes:
Mano-Mode: The pressure is measured twice per second and displayed. The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the MAX.- or MIN- pressure since the last RESET.
Peak-Mode: The pressure is measured 5'000 times per second and is brought to the display twice per second. The top display shows the actual pressure, the bottom display the peak- (MAX.) or trough-pressure (MIN.).

LEO 2 is a compact, micro-processor (P) controlled, highly accurate and versatile pressure measuring instrument with digital indication. The piezoresistive pressure transducer as the heart of the instrument has gone through extensive pressure- and temperature tests. Its characteristics are stored in the instruments internal EEPROM. The P of the LEO 2 reads the characteristic values and calculates therefrom the pressure to an accuracy of < 0,1 %FS at room temperature.

The pressure is measured twice per second and displayed. The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the Max.- or Min.- pressure since the last RESET.

PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS WITH DIGITAL DISPLAY

Bus-capable / Programmable 420 mA Output
LEO 3 is a micro-processor based transmitter with digital double-display for pressure (top display) and for the output signal (bottom display). The display is powered from the 4...20 mA current loop. Functions:
MAX/MIN: Activating the right key brings the Max.- and Min.-values to the lower display. After 5 seconds, the analog signal is indicated again.
RESET: With RESET, the Max.- and Min.-values are set to actual.
ZERO SET: The zero is set to the applied pressure.
ZERO RES: Restores the instrument back to factory settings.
UNITS: The pressure values can be displayed in different units.

LEX 1 is a micro-processor controlled, accurate and versatile digital pressure measuring instrument with integrated Max.-/Min.-function for calibration and testing purposes.

The pressure is measured twice per second and displayed. The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the Max.- or Min.-pressure since the last RESET.

LEX 1 has two operating keys. The left key is to turn the instrument on, to select the functions and the pressure units. The right key executes the selected function resp. unit or serves to display the Max.- and Min.-value.

Also available as intrinsically safe version (LEX 1 Ei).

DIGITAL PRESSURE SWITCH with switch out puts dv-2ps

The dV-2 PS is a sophisticated digital pressure gauge with two independent pressure switch outputs. The gauge employs KELLER ’s proven microprocessor technology which produces highly accurate results. All readings are linearised and temperature corrected, to give an accuracy of 0,2 %FS. There are two independent switches for High and Low control functions. These are solid state and therefore not subject to wear. The switch points are programmed directly from the two front panel buttons and a menu system. Alternatively, the dV-2 PS can be connected via the RS485 link to a laptop/PC , and configured using KELLER ’s “Pressure Switch Console” software.

User defined configurations can be stored on the computer for future reference. Pressure sequences can also be monitored and recorded on the PC for application diagnostic purposes using KELLER ’s Read30 software. Two independent floating switches are available; neither is subject to wear and they can be operated individually as make or break contacts. The switch can provide a window function or be utilised as a hysteresis switch. These switching functions enable the dV-2 PS to assume control tasks. Respective switch output status is displayed on an LED located on the front.

LEO RECORD DIGITAL PRESSURE GAUGE WITH RECORD FUNCTION

LEO Record is an autonomous battery powered instrument with digital display designed to record pressure and temperature over long periods. Both the piezoresistive LEO Record as well as the capacitive LEO Record (ideal for low pressure ranges) offer the following advantages:
- High measuring accuracy, resolution and robustness
- High data security due to the use of a non-volatile memory
- Display of the actual pressure and the record status
- Recording of the pressure and temperature
- Simple and well structured configuration- and readout software (Logger 4.x) for PC or PDA
- Combination of event-controlled recording and interval recording prevents unnecessary data being recorded (i.e. only measuring the pressure changes...)
- Installation data (and comments) of the measuring station can be stored in the instrument
- P ressure connection with G1/4” thread (other threads on demand)
The pressure is measured and displayed once per second (shortest interval). The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the record status. All LEO Record versions have two operating keys. The left key is to turn the instrument on, to select the functions and the pressure units. The right key executes the selected function or unit.

MMC CALIBRATION PRESSURE GAUGES

They are used to calibrate and test industrial gauges or for precision measurements in the laboratory, they can be used for both liquid and gaseous fluids, except to those having a high viscosity or prone to crystallisation. Each gauges is supplied with a calibration certificate issued by our lab, indicating the global error of the gauge and the references to the primary gauge use
for the calibration.
Case and ring: AISI 304 stainless steel with bayonet clutch; nitrilerubber NBR safety plug.
